- 9 oz of drained corn
- 1 minced onion
- 2 zucchini
- 3.50 oz of Feta
- 5 tbsp fresh herbs, minced
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

1/ Cut the zucchini into small cubes and the Feta cheese
2/ Heat the sauté pan to 2/3 of the plate's maximum power and check using the water drop test.
3/ Pour in the olive oil then add the onions and sweat for 2 minutes.
4/ Add the zucchini and cook for 5 minutes then add the corn.
5/ Cook for another 5 minutes and season.
6/ Off the heat add the Feta cheese, herbs and cherry tomatoes.

Tip: you can eat the recipe hot or cold.
