INGREDIENTS:
- 10 medium white potatoes
- 2 finely sliced onions
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 5 slices of bacon cut in diced
- 200 g Reblochon cheese
- 20 cl heavy cream
- Salt & pepper
METHOD:
1/ Peel and dice potatoes.
2/ Heat the sauté pan on medium heat for 1 minute and brown the bacon and onions.
3/ Add the diced potatoes and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
4/ Add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
5/ Slice the Reblochon cheese and layer it over the potatoes.
6/ Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
