Ovenless moist pan-baked Cookie

Indulge in the comforting aroma of freshly baked cookies that are crafted right on your stovetop.

- 5/8 cup flour
- 3 ½ tbsp honey
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
- 2/3 cup crushed dark and white chocolate

- Heat butter in the frying pan to 1/3 of the maximum power of your stove.
- Stir to melt the butter and remove from heat.
- Add the egg and honey, stir.
- Add flour and yeast mixture, then return to the stovetop at 1/3 of maximum heat.
- Cook on low heat for 10 minutes without a lid, then sprinkle walnuts and chocolate over the cookie.
- Put a lid on the pan and cook for 15 additional minutes.
- Remove from heat and leave the pan covered for an additional 15 minutes to cool and finish baking.
