▪ 1 burger bun
▪ 150 g chopped salmon
▪ 4 slices tomatoes
▪ 2 avocado slices
▪ 1 organic lemon
▪ 1 case dill
▪ 1 tsp lemon confit
▪ 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
1. Mix the cream with the dill and zest a little lemon, then season.
2. Mix the salmon with the lemon confit, then add 1/2 lemon juice. Season and add a spoonful of dill.
3. Heat the frying pan to 2/3 of the heat setting and brush lightly with oil.
4. Place the salmon steak mixture in the pan, add the tomatoes and avocado slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Dressing: Spread the bread with cream, then arrange the tomato slices, followed by the salmon and avocado slices, and close with the bread.
